主要研究领域与方向

主要涉及植物种质资源学、群体遗传学、基因组与比较基因组学等研究领域。侧重利用核酸测序技术挖掘基因组变异信息，借助生物信息分析手段，对研究物种进行基因家族鉴定、选择进化、群体结构与历史动态分析等方向的研究工作。
